Meet Terry

Terry Hackworth is a Nurse Practitioner at AvitaCare Atlanta, where he handles diagnosing and managing acute and chronic care patients. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Morehead State University, a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and a Masters of Science in Nursing specializing as an Adult/Gerontological Nurse Practitioner from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Terry completed his Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Augusta University. 

In his free time, Terry plays is local LGBTQ+ softball team.
