Rosemary Donnelly is an Adult Nurse Practitioner and HIV Specialist with extensive experience caring for people living with HIV and supporting patients with their sexual health needs. Her background includes 15 years in public health focused on HIV and STI prevention and treatment, more than four years providing telehealth care, and five years managing three outpatient HIV clinics.
Rosemary is committed to reducing stigma in sexual health and removing barriers to care. She provides nonjudgmental, person-centered care grounded in shared decision-making. Her additional professional interests include healthcare quality improvement and clinical training.
Outside of work, Rosemary enjoys walking her dogs, reading, and spending time with her husband and family.
