Dr. Battle received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Florida A&M University and completed her residency training at Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood, Florida. Dr. Battle began her clinical career in bone marrow transplant, later advancing to become a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist in Neurocritical Care at a leading academic hospital in Atlanta, Georgia.
Driven by her passion for advancing HIV care, she transitioned to AvitaCare Atlanta, where she focuses on expanding access to HIV prevention and treatment services. When Dr. Battle is not collaborating with providers and advising patients as a clinical pharmacist, she enjoys traveling, participating in outdoor activities like water sports, and spending time with her family.
